ICM CBQ Diploma in Health and Safety

Qualification Objectives:

To provide a competency-based skills qualification in health and safety policy that combines both subject knowledge and industry skills that are essential for the Learner’s development and career advancement.
To equip Learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to demonstrate occupational competence in health and safety policy.
To enable Learners to develop health and safety skills, techniques, and knowledge, to prepare Learners for progression to level 5 vocational learning within the health and safety industry.
To provide a progression structure for Learners to develop the workplace skills and personal attributes essential for successful working lives within the health and safety industry or as a health and safety expert in any commercial industry.

Unit Descriptors:

Each unit can be taken on a single subject basis, upon successful completion Learners would receive a single subject Award or single subject Certificate dependent on the unit.
