ICM Level 3 Diploma in Train the Trainer
Qualification Objectives:
- To provide a competency-based skills qualification in education that combines both subject knowledge and industry skills that are essential for the Learner’s development and career advancement.
- To equip Learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to demonstrate competency in training and teaching.
- To enable Learners to develop training and teaching knowledge and techniques to prepare for progression to Level 4 vocational learning within the education industry or seek employment in the further education or training sector.
- To provide a progression structure for Learners to develop the workplace training and education skills and personal attributes essential for successful working lives in education.

ICM Level 3 Diploma in Train the Trainer
