Applying for ICM Approved Centre Status
ICM has Approved Centres in more than 80 countries and in order to make sure the best possible education and support is given to Learners, we ask every new Centre to demonstrate its ability to satisfy our criteria which includes, but is not limited to:
- Accreditation with the Ministry/Department of Education in the country of origin.
- Ability to evidence governance by a qualified Registrar/Principal (whoever is the named person responsible for ensuring and monitoring academic standards within your teaching institution). This person is ICM’s first point of contact in the event that there appears to be any problems with the quality of teaching provision.
- Employment of appropriately qualified teachers and teaching support staff, with subject specialist knowledge. Having an appropriate point of contact for Learners to access learning and assessment support.
- Having health and safety compliant physical resources such as classrooms, library and Learner resource facilities.
