Environmental conservation is at the heart of Vera Beauty & Fashion College's mission.
Through their Eco Earth warrior initiative, the college engages in environmental clean up exercise, tree planting and annual fashion competition where over 300 contestants from five campuses Meru, Thika, Eldoret, Mombasa and Nairobi compete and winning students are crowned as environmental champions.
Mr & Miss Eco Earth warrior 2024, the ICM awarding body and Vera beauty & fashion college partnered and sponsored the symposium, ICM awarded exemplary performance certificates to the 25 best contestants.
The ICM CEO Mr Adair Ford in his speech delivered by BDDC Kenya Mr Kevin Osundwa praised Vera Beauty & fashion college for taking up such great initiative to promote sustainable development goals SDG through young people , he assured the college ICM support going forward to promote clean environment.
Vera Beauty & Fashion College CEO ambassador, Alice Kamunge, thanked ICM and assured her commitment to protect mother nature as well as promote CBQ skills in young people.
