Centre involvement continues to be a crucial part of the process in which Learners are awarded a fair grade in recognition of their abilities. As part of our commitment to ensure a quality assured process that is reliable and consistent both within and between Centres/Learners ICM are hosting a webinar entitled “Centre Best Practice in Validating Results”. The aim of the webinar is to guide Centre staff through the process of claiming a grade for their eligible Learners. At the end of the webinar, all attendees will:
· Be confident in their knowledge and application of the primary and secondary validation processes
· Understand how to work with ICM to manage grade anomalies in order to ensure fair and reliableassessment results
· Show an awareness of the importance of maintaining records and evidence of validation decisions

As ICM return to traditional examinations, our priority is the safety of all those involved. The aim of this webinar is to create an opportunity for Approved Centre Staff and Business Development and Delivery Coordinators (BDDCs) to go over safe examination procedures and to raise any questions and discuss any concerns with ICM Senior and Examining Team.
