Final Examinations for the old syllabus

A new syllabus for Customer Service (Main Text: Customer Service: A Practical Approach by Elaine K Harris) was introduced in August 2004.

This replaced the previous syllabus which was linked to the text ‘Proactive Customer Service’ by Brennan.

No further Question Papers will be based on the old syllabus and all Centres should use the text by Harris.
