Customer Service – Change to Subject Syllabus

The syllabus for the subject Customer Service has been updated.

The revised syllabus will be utilised in Examination Question Papers from the March 2017 Examination Sitting onwards.

Please ensure that the 6th Edition of the recommended textbook, “Customer Service: A Practical Approach by Elaine K Harris“, is used in order to deliver this subject to students.

Copies of this recommended textbook can be purchased directly through the Institute, upon request.

The Handbooks for our Professional Awards that include this subject have been updated.
